Why We Built This Site
Antelope County does not publish a sheriff warrant-only roster in the official pages reviewed. A person may need to move from a name search in JUSTICE to County Court, District Court, or the Law Enforcement Center. The court that controls a case handles its docket, orders, and recall questions. The sheriff handles service, jail, custody, bond, and returns.
Local routing also changes by community. Neligh has city police and houses the county courthouse. Tilden crosses Antelope and Madison counties. Current board minutes describe sheriff or deputy service agreements for Elgin, Orchard, and Clearwater. Those facts are useful only when kept separate from judicial authority.
What You Will Find Here

- Access limits: how the Nebraska Public Records Act, juvenile rules, sealed records, and court policy affect requests.
What We Cannot Do
Antelope County Warrant Records is a private reference, not a court, sheriff, city office, or Nebraska agency. We cannot confirm a live warrant, recall process, post bond, arrange surrender, interpret a private docket, or give legal advice.
- We cannot remove a record from JUSTICE or a sheriff file.
- We cannot promise a phone number, fee, office hour, or portal will remain unchanged.
- We cannot turn a search result into a legal certificate that no warrant exists.
- We cannot publish a roster of people, photographs, birth dates, or allegations.
- We cannot tell a reader which personal legal remedy to choose.
Only the issuing court can confirm recall or other court action. The sheriff can answer service, custody, and bond questions.
Search Partners
The two finder bands on content pages are operated by third-party search providers. A provider may set its own terms, pricing, retention, and result limits. The widget is not an official Antelope County, Nebraska court, or sheriff warrant check.
For official information, use the Nebraska Judicial Branch, Antelope County Court, District Court clerk, county sheriff, DMV, or the city or village source named for the question. The footer legal notice explains the limits on using any information from this private resource.
